Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon National Park is another one of those places that leaves you speechless.  The drive into the park through Red Canyon and Dixie National Forest is as beautiful as the canyon itself and you spend your whole time there just in awe.  The park has done a great job of creating overlooks so that you can see the whole canyon spread out below you.  So, today again, this is mostly about the photos (Robin gets full photo credit).

The park has an "Adopt the Prairie Dog" program but we didn't think Beanie and Xenia would appreciate it.

A hard day's touring deserves a good dinner, right?  We had baked rotini with Supervalu's Italian sausage and spinach and 3-cheese tomato sauce.  Robin agreed that having a good kitchen in Chuck is paying off.

We weenie-d out on the coolant yesterday.  After reading instructions about heater core hoses and petcocks and opening and closing valves to fill, we've opted to stay here another day and hopefully get a cell signal and advice from some experts before messing around too much.  It's not much of a hardship to spend another night surrounded by the beauty.

One of life's little ironies....we can't call anyone from here without cell signals, but we were able to Skype with a friend in Europe.  Technology is a wonder-filled thing.  Send good anti-freeze karma our way please!
